38 Days Until Halloween

Okay...it took me awhile to notice that those heads are actually hats lol...that out of the way...I'm not quite sure who would suit them...lol I guess that's the whole point...I thought they'd be good for a cool melting witch prop...what paint should I use on it? They're like EVA foam.
