Happy New Year to all my Deviant friends, watchers and everyone else who frequents here! I hope you all had a great New Year's Eve. Did any of you make any resolutions? I'm undecided yet but I want to submit more Deviants and make more Widowed Violette music. I'm also planning on finally starting making some short films. I've been working on some scripts in the last few months

Rainbow Cupcakes
So I finally attempted the rainbow cupcakes. I couldn't wait to post a photograph of them, so I posted the rainbow cake mix stage first. Basically, I was inspired by the rainbow marble type design of cupcakes that I have seen here on deviantart and wanted to try my own :)

This took a very long time to put in the cupcake cups, it reminded me of the art technique of paint dripping.
I did make a purple but it was a cloudy colour and I wanted to brighten it then added way too much blue lol The kitchen...wow...who'd think that such a tiny little cupcake could cause so very much mess?

Hello all,
This is my first journal entry since I upgraded to Premium membership, something I've been wanting to do for three years now :) (The Aussie dollar went up...or the USA dollar down...lol either way) I spent a couple hours or so going a little stamp crazy lol I made sub categories like movies and music (Note: I went through all the descriptions to comply with the rules of use for these stamps but I'm pretty new to this, I commented and/or added to faves and it is linked so hopefully it is all complying with the terms :)).

So today, I spent a large portion of it going on a fave spree :D There is so much great artwork out there that I even found myself faving nearly some people's entire gallery!
Last night was the Opening Night of the Adelaide Fringe Festival, so there are many many great arts events happening around Adelaide within the next month, check out the official Fringe guise or website for more information.
I've begun the #100 themes challenge but I'm yet to post anything, I'm planning on posting several topics when I do post within the next couple of weeks :)
